    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver exceptional customer service to an assigned client portfolio. Manage and continuously grow the client relationship; maintain regular client meetings
    • Ensure regulatory requirements, standards, budgets and deadlines are successfully achieved
    • Maintain an accurate 12-month revenue forecast based on overall client portfolio
    • Manage project and business profitability
    • Determine the scope of work of each project and develop budgets, quotes and invoices; present quotes to clients
    • Deliver annual and quarterly business reviews on assigned client portfolio and overall business unit
    • Manage up to 5 direct reports providing mentorship and guidance to ensure optimal performance; motivate team to ensure all client requirements and expectations are met; conduct annual performance reviews
    • Communicate project deliverables (including tasks, deadlines, risks, etc.), ensuring adequate resources are assigned; proactively identify and communicate potential road blocks with various project personnel for resolution

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years’ experience in project management and /or client relations

  • Instructional Designer & Training Specialist - Temporary Position: H2Safety Services Inc. is looking for an Instructional Designer & Training Specialist to join our team for a 12-month position with the potential to transition to full-time. The primary function of this role is to design and develop training and performance support solutions to meet the learning and development objectives of the company.     Responsibilities:

    • Research relevant learning content from subject matter experts and / or other appropriate sources; convert information into performance-based, engaging, and practical training solutions

    Qualifications:

    • Incident Command System (ICS) 200 Train-the-Trainer certification is required, no exceptions
    • Certified to instruct ICS 100 and 200 is a definite requirement; Levels 300, 400, & 402 would definitely be an asset
    • Background in Emergency Response. If not already knowledgeable in Emergency Response, demonstrate the ability to thoroughly understand a new industry and successfully utilize that knowledge to deliver effective training
    • Extensive background delivering education programs or training courses to groups of people
    • Previous work experience developing new training content

  • GIS Specialist: The GIS Specialist is responsible for the development and maintenance of both internal and external GIS systems. Internal GIS systems include all software, databases, and applications utilized by the GIS Department for Emergency Response Plan (ERP) map production, as well as internal (company-wide) facing GIS web applications and database solutions. External GIS systems include any client facing GIS web maps and applications; including ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online administering.     • Acts as the GIS technical support for the department, within H2Safety, and with H2Safety clients
    • Develop new mapping products, processes and standards
    • Maintain existing GIS models and scripts to ensure department working at efficient rate

    • Maintain all existing datasets to assure data is accurate and current
    • Oversee all data transfer between H2Safety and clients
    • Integrate new datasets into GIS framework as required for new projects or changing regulation

    • Roll GIS department onto Enterprise Database structure with ArcGIS Server development and integration

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years of progressive GIS experience
    • Working experience with the entire ArcGIS Software Suite; including ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Enterprise (ArcGIS for Server and Portal for ArcGIS)
    • Experience with authoring and publishing map services with ArcGIS for Server
    • Knowledge of ArcGIS Server and Portal administration; service, user, and group maintenance
    • Application development with Web AppBuilder considered an asset
    • Experience with Esri Enterprise Geodatabase administration
    • Experience with SQL Server databases, administration and queries considered an asset
    • Experience with Access databases and queries considered an asset
